DL_Snake Posted August 24, 2003 Report Posted August 24, 2003 Do you still want me? Then why do you ignore me? Treat me like dirt on your shoes Oh yeah, let me give you your dues Are we still friends? Maybe not Cos if we were, you won’t let me rot Sure, you have your problems But you’re acting like those hoodlums When we formed our circle of four We’ll be sharing everything even a rumour But why is it now the two of you whisper And treat us like we’re not worth a simper I see you two talking away Throwing our friendship away Holding secrets you just won’t share As though we exist as only your spare So here’s my ultimatum Choose me or choose them I don’t care just tell me So I’ll know and I’ll see When we’re together would you rather be Somewhere else maybe over the sea? With those others you’d rather see Than this same old pitiful me
DL_Snake Posted August 24, 2003 Author Report Posted August 24, 2003 I wrote this poem in a rather angry mood, was mad at my friends, probably isn't that well-written
Parmenion Posted August 24, 2003 Report Posted August 24, 2003 I enjoyed this. I felt compelled to keep reading just to see what course of action you would eventually employ against the people/person who annoyed you!
