WrenWind Posted June 11, 2003 Report Posted June 11, 2003 You say you didn't mean to but you did Your carefully woven words don't change how I feel You hurt me deeply and you don't see Your denial a flag that you ment every word Damn! you I am worth more than your words I will continue to shine with out you I cast out your words forget that I ever met you I don't need you
Sorciere Posted June 11, 2003 Report Posted June 11, 2003 Very strong emotion running through that one, emotions I've felt myself. Reading it it was almost as if I had penned it. It's awkward to say I loved it, because of the subject matter, how do you say you love something that is so full of hurt? I do love it though, but not that you have felt this pain enough to pen it so vivdly. *hugs to you*
Ayshela Posted November 13, 2003 Report Posted November 13, 2003 i really like the double twist on this: You say you didn't mean to but you did leading both toward"but you did mean it" AND "but you did it anyway" It's all well done, but especially like how you handled this.
Merelas Posted November 14, 2003 Report Posted November 14, 2003 Wow... this is amazing... an essence and situation in which the pen definately is mightier than the sword... "A sword may silence one's voice, but a written word may echo into eternity." Someone wise said that-- or something like it Definately continue, I want to see more!
Regel Posted November 14, 2003 Report Posted November 14, 2003 (edited) How often we see people around us that would stand up for a friend but not for themselves. I like the tone and the strength that these words show. They cut through to the white boned truth and lay it bare. Brava Wren! Edited November 14, 2003 by Regel
