WrenWind Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 Tiny spot of colour in a sea of blankness A light of hope shines The world brightens, you have come I am wrapped in strength and warmth Shaking now with grief's release You let me cry, safe in your arms
Peredhil Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 Oooh I LIKE this. Sometimes the human touch makes all the difference. Well, that and just listening, instead of trying to problem-solve your way through the conversation. Hugs
Ayshela Posted June 4, 2003 Report Posted June 4, 2003 *nod* and this is why i miss my best friend so much. someone with whom you feel safe even in the most vulnerable of moments. perhaps there is hope yet..
Tasslehoff Posted June 5, 2003 Report Posted June 5, 2003 It is amazing how one touch, of a certain person can change your whole view on life, change the whole pace of your day. I know its that way with my g.f. This poem, short & sweet, is just that. I mean, what more can you say. Its perfeect the way it is. No need to expand it, no need to change anything. Very well done Wren.
Sorciere Posted June 7, 2003 Report Posted June 7, 2003 very emotional for such a short writing, just goes to show that it's not how much you say it's how you say it, great job Wren, well done!
