Chanz Posted April 10, 2003 Report Posted April 10, 2003 A little smile, a nudge and a wink, Everything you do, makes my heart sink. Though you may not know this was such, I love the way you have a subtle touch. You saved me from a tide of guilt, My life you single handedly rebuilt. You've done more for me than anyone, From my life; you did not run. I wish i had the strength to tell you, But everytime i ring; what i say is never true. You see me as your best mate, I want more; but i guess i'll have to wait. How can i tell you how i feel? How can my dream of you and I ever be real? You make me who i am, And made me actually give a damn. When i tell you that i love you, I want you to say that, you love me too. But alas. This will never happen, As you come from saturn.
Ayshela Posted April 10, 2003 Report Posted April 10, 2003 hah! not fair! i'm reading right along, nodding and thinking "yup" and get to the last line and have an instamatic case of mental whiplash.
Peredhil Posted April 10, 2003 Report Posted April 10, 2003 Laughs in delight. Heh, Gwaihir used to do the same sort of twists on me until I learned to be wary. Clever! Have you ever heard Alan Sherman's "Six-foot two" parody of the song "Five-foot two"? begins humming it as he moves to the next thread.
