jamesdevin Posted February 9, 2003 Report Posted February 9, 2003 Alone Alone sitting on the beach, watching the sun set on the sea, gazing like its all I can be, very lonely and full of grief. Living amongest many, I am alone, plenty of friends but none my own, no one here to heal my pains, no one knowing much about me. No one here but me in my room, my cat away in some other room, my friends out somewhere I don't know, answering machines all I know. Nothing left but dreams and fears, no one here to hear my ills, depression, hatred, and fears, all I know, no one left for me to hold. Add To Cart
Rune Posted February 15, 2003 Report Posted February 15, 2003 The 3rd section appears out of place, and a bit forced..but the rest is works well together. I often feel the same way, so I can identify with this poem well. Thank you for sharing it.
