Rahsash Geldich Posted March 30, 2002 Report Posted March 30, 2002 The room is so black And my mood is too. But I'll console myself By thinking of you. My day was so bad And its raining outside. But somehow your presence Makes me calm inside. It doesn't matter that Today was terrible. I can make it better. I got to try, I Have to try For if I don't, I think I'll die. Everything was so wrong And I'm feeling the cold. But somehow you stave off The depressing-day mould. Your eyes are so brown And I love your smile. So all of a sudden, School is worthwhile. I've repaired my day To the point of living. I've made it better. And because I simply had to try I know I'll live when I should die.
Tralla Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 No one has commented on this??? Hmph. Excellent work, Rahsash (like I expect anything but from you). Sweet, simple, and heart warming. Everyone needs someone to cheer them up at the end of the day. I hope you have someone, too.
Lady Celes Crusader Posted April 4, 2002 Report Posted April 4, 2002 Sometimes, melody pops-up in my mind and this is what happening with this one. I imagine it with an accoustic guitars music à la John Mellecamp. The text itself is excellent.
