Guest Blondemoon Posted December 31, 2002 Report Posted December 31, 2002 feeling so alone trapped in a world of my own making spinning crazily out of control on the verge of collapse no one seeing or really wanting to see no one willing to give that which I crave that which I need most tears fall from a shattered frame never drying in the sun always seeping like an open wound blades call invitingly willing to end all pain yet resistance is met a shard of hope remains hope that is given and easily taken away dangled before my eyes the cruelty of others *gulps and cringes, clicking add post*
Guest Rune Posted December 31, 2002 Report Posted December 31, 2002 *blinks* wow, so intense...and yet so subtle.. The first part really got to me. "trapped in a world of my own making" seems to be the story of my life. Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful poem Blondemoon.

reverie Posted December 31, 2002 Report Posted December 31, 2002 very good... would go well in spoken word form i believe... hmm, dang ya know, seems like everyone lately (well the poets at leasts) just want to end it all... must be the holidays... well whatever thread is left tethering you all to this world, don't loosen your grasp of it or let it cut you so deep as u ponder cutting yourself from it... Really life is worth living... well at least thats what i keep telling myself... 'cause the alternative is just too damn dark of an outcome for me to stomach, and besides the debts and responcebilities i still owe to the world would still be there... only for someone else to shoulder... so as I, we, all of us... struggle on... writers of the world, take solice in this...
