Ode to Stuffed Animals

Oh stuffed animal,

you've seen me cry,

tears shed because of lies,

heard me whisper, I want to die.

But you embraced me.

Told me everything would be fine,

soon I will be on cloud nine.

I just had to fight the tortures of time.

Then you held me through the nights.
