PM exchanges are fine, on the conditions that I get a cc of every conversation with anyone else, and that you don't form PM based alliances. I'm happy for a PM giving someone an IC reason to not vote for them, but not for "hey! if we team up we can kill bob!" Basically, cc everything to me and if I have a problem, I'll let you know
