Solivagus Posted April 15, 2006 Report Posted April 15, 2006 Originally I was going to post this in with my collection of "Dark" works, but I decided it should have a place of its own. Everything I had is gone, What was right has now gone wrong, There's nothing left for me to say, Now that you have passed away. The once bright days have now turned dark, This well liked room now just seems stark, I lie here still upon my bed, And ponder the thought that now you're dead. Never again to hear your voice, No more times to take your choice, Nor to learn what I think is wrong, You're missed so much now that you're gone. Wish I could say I wont change back, Yet even now my heart turns black, But however bad that things now get, I promise you, I wont forget.
Ayshela Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 well written. i'm sorry you had to. *hugs*
Jareena Faye Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 It is really just wrong that this poem has no comments. You should continue to write this poetry, both for yourself and for this loved one. It's all so simply stated--- and very good. God bless.
