cryptomancer Posted May 6, 2005 Report Posted May 6, 2005 Fire of my love, Breath of my life, Kiss of my longing, My muse, my desire, Beauty has no name but her’s. Heart of my love Dream of my eternal soul Embrace so complete My love, my longing My heart has no home but her.
cryptomancer Posted May 6, 2005 Author Report Posted May 6, 2005 I stood alone on the soft sand Drinking the air, living for the joy Of seeing beauty around me. I stood alone on the hard ground Sinking in the rushing wind That pressed so close to me. I floated in the calm ocean Each breath tainted with salt Each heartbeat lost in endless sea I swam to my island sanctuary Each footfall shadowed By her love for me.
Mynx Posted May 6, 2005 Report Posted May 6, 2005 Awesome, my friend. Very beautiful. I loved them both
cryptomancer Posted May 7, 2005 Author Report Posted May 7, 2005 Summer held meaning for a moment, Grasped it in her soft warmth Opening it to my presence. It was in that moment of completeness, That colour filled my world. All I had seen was grey, Shades of the normal, the mundane. It was lacking saturation, The luminance of love, And the chrominance of true beauty. True colour filled my lungs, I breathed the air of completeness. Her love is my world now, Her eyes my perfect heavens.
Mynx Posted May 7, 2005 Report Posted May 7, 2005 Typical. I write a poem about eyes, and then you upshow me with a better one Very nice, my friend I love it
cryptomancer Posted May 7, 2005 Author Report Posted May 7, 2005 Yesterday I flew. Clouds caressed my dry skin, Moistening the textures of my being. I swan in the vast heavens, Wrapped in a soft blanket And the warmth of an embrace. Yesterday I flew. The heavens opening to my heart, The deep colours drenching my soul. I Lay in the solitude of beauty, Wrapped in her arms And the completeness of our love.
