Ayshela Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 To sleep, I think, is just a myth that's taught us while we're small, for while I've been in bed for hours I just can't sleep at all! I've tossed and turned and counted sheep and turned my night world black, I've tensed, relaxed, and visualized, and yet it's sleep I lack. But look! The sun! It's coming up! It's time to start the day - and now, with timing all askew the sandman comes my way. don't mind me, i'm just grumbling a bit. *sigh*

Even though I can't remember a one of them, or even if your poem would resemble one...It still reminds me of the childrens' poetry book: where the side walk ends cool, take care... rev...
