SamaraMorgan
Cold Tears of a Lonely Heart written by, the "Not so famous, but well known" Pennite - S.M. It was hard for her to describe, this feeling. This utter emptiness inside, which seemed to burn a black hole into her soul. Though she'd become so numb these previous months, she could feel the realness of this pain that bear inside her. The tears that flood her eyes every night, staining her pillow with nightmares, flooding her mind with guilt, resent and confusion. Only a year before, her only love; her only real, true, love. The only one who understood her, confided in her, trusted her, and KNEW her inside and out better than she knew herself...better than anyone, had ceased to be. His still body lay in the gardens, coffin flooded with dead roses. He was all she knew. All she ever had... All she ever would have. She must have spent longer than one's lifetime pondering why this happened. Wondering how this happened, and how she could go on without him. She was weakening, physically, mentally... The stars and sparks she saw when she and her love first kissed, parted right in front of her eyes. Who could ever understand how she felt? Who would have ever experienced such pain? This crying heart? A hand needing another simply to get back to one's feet but no one cares enough to give that hand? Were they too hung up in their own petty, materialistic world to see her crying eyes as she sat alone in the dark shadows? Neurotic, they say. "NO!" She would say back to them. Their ignorant eyes just couldn't see the pain that lie within her. What would you do if the one you loved died right in front of your eyes? ((to be continued...))
