cryptomancer Posted August 13, 2004 Report Posted August 13, 2004 It Begins Step out upon the morning air Even as my breath hangs, suspended Creating for me, steps that I may travel to the clouds upon, And in the soft breeze of dawn’s kiss, depart to see The birth of a new day in the fires of sunrise. The burning of clouds to the clear sky, The singing of the world, as the day allows light to embrace her Holding her in arms of soft wind, caressing her cheeks With the whispers of cloud, and staring into the eyes Blue grey, cloud and sky, love complete, My day has begun anew.
cryptomancer Posted August 13, 2004 Author Report Posted August 13, 2004 Path of thoughts Let me write! For in writing I live my dreams. I find in the words of scribbled thoughts The solitude to explore all that I find So compelling in my world. I seek the paths of life That trail beyond my state. Tread them as I look Into the possible meanings And woven intricacies That created who I am.
cryptomancer Posted August 13, 2004 Author Report Posted August 13, 2004 (edited) Drifter Swim the watery oceans of midnight sky, Let the longing quest begin, For the brightening starlight in your eyes Drive you beyond your dreams. Stand on the clouds of mortal thoughts, Drift through love's timeless void. Empty of all except the call, Of the voices of those you adore. Lean on the arching, shimering line, Of a rainbows invervse twin. A double arc of shattered light Thrown by the crystal rain. Kiss the night air, breath the life, That shadows our every move. Live the dreams of mortal thoughts And ourselves to the angels proove. Edited August 14, 2004 by cryptomancer
cryptomancer Posted August 14, 2004 Author Report Posted August 14, 2004 Hidden Darkness Touch the bladed, crescent moon That hangs above my heart. Call to the stars To do more than stare At it tearing my dreams apart. Look to the sky, and mist and rain The kiss of dew's caress. The shivers of cold That ease my pain With the touch of nature's breath. Hide in the fog of morning light Grasp at the shifted veil. Hold to its shield As it loses its fight And to the burning of dawn, yields.
