Finnius Posted June 11, 2004 Report Posted June 11, 2004 Oh noodles wet with stringy goodness, Raise unto you your anthem high. Sing praises to your flavor-packets, Tear them open, inhale, then sigh. Oh steaming Ramen, in your broth, Grant me now my daily bread! Fill me with your soup-like warmth, Make my tummy go to bed! Ramen, Ramen, I adore thee, Worship thee and trust in you, Cheapest of the noodle-products, Hope that you adore me too! -Keats it ain't, folks.
DL_Snake Posted June 11, 2004 Report Posted June 11, 2004 haha it is welcome relief to a tough day's work. well written though, set my gastric juices flowing...damn i need my ramen too
Gyrfalcon Posted June 12, 2004 Report Posted June 12, 2004 Actually, I prefer to keep my Ramen noodles drier. If you heat the water for five minutes, dump into the noodle block and cook for 3 1/2 more minutes, then drain the water, it turns out pretty good. Good poem, I just felt like sharing that. ;
Katzaniel Posted June 15, 2004 Report Posted June 15, 2004 Whoa! When did Gyrfalcon finish his title? ...Sorry. I hadn't meant to reply to this, because I dislike that type of noodle very much, but I just had to ask...
