Appy Posted January 24, 2004 Report Posted January 24, 2004 ~ Note: this poem should be centered but it seems that function is gone again *runs off to the cabaret room to report this terrible fact* ~ Earth's gravitational force Holding me close I curl up inside Within physical boundries Letting my mind wander I cross dimensions and knowledge Flying with newly grown wings Gravitation is lost on me I visit planets far away Places I once called home I am no stranger here This was me, long ago Falling back, I lose my wings Back to earth, whence I came And looking up at the stars A whisper escapes my lips . . . 'Give me irreality'
Beautiful Nightmare Posted January 25, 2004 Report Posted January 25, 2004 *smiles and hugs* this relates alot to you! its an excellent poem hun! i had to read it like 3 times i was like wow hehehehe!
Parmenion Posted February 28, 2004 Report Posted February 28, 2004 Like Peter Andre's Insania? I kid. Thats the great thing about imagination as so well pointed out in your poem - it beats the stuffing out of reality a lot of the time but too much can be unhealthy too. Next time you're off on one of those daydreams take me with ya won't ya? *jumps up and down waving*
purple_shadows Posted February 28, 2004 Report Posted February 28, 2004 take me too! oh pick me! pick me! *jumps up and down waving arms wildly above her head*
