I just noticed at the top of my internet browser window it says "The Pen is Mightier Then The Sword." Isn't supposed to be "The Pen is Mightier Than The Sword?" Than with an a works for me... :P

Than is the more grammatically correct version.

 

He threw the ball, then he slipped and fell on his backside, landing harder than he had before.

Yeah, the difference betwixt then and than is one of those internet words which the fingers type before knowing what they're doing.

 

It's changed though for the anal retentive so no more worries.
