Alaeha Posted November 26, 2003 Report Posted November 26, 2003 Alaeha crept stealthily into the Cabaret Room, carrying a large box. As she opened the lid, she looked inside with suspicion. "Almost-Dragonic Party-in-a-Box? Doesn't seem like a party to me..." Frustrated, she rummaged through the box for the smaller package she had stuffed inside. "Ha! Half-Elven Party-in-a-Bundle! I knew I made these for a reason!" Darting about the room, she blurred in an almost cartoon-esque manner as she hung streamers, balloons, and a giant banner proclaiming "Happy Birthday Zariah!" Finally, she wheeled in the giant cake, and set it on the center table before lighting the nineteen candles. Taking her box off to the corner, she sat in the shadows of the corner, waiting for her target to arrive. There would be a severe huggling any moment now... OOC: Happy Birthday Zariah! *Hugs* and *Hugs* again!

Ayshela Posted November 26, 2003 Report Posted November 26, 2003 Ayshela swept into the Cabaret Room looking for Zariah.. not seeing her yet, she hovered by the wall where she could see the door clearly, nervously twisting and turning an envelope in her hand. "i hope she'll like it," she murmured to herself. She'd thought long and hard trying to figure out just what to get, and this had seemed like the perfect thing.. at the time.. now, waiting for Zariah to arrive, she was having sudden doubts. Calming herself by force of will, she thought that at least the card would be appreciated - a hand drawn picture of Zariah strolling through a forest glade. Warmest wishes inside, and a small slip of paper. Such a large case of nerves for such a small paper! "i hope she'll accept it." Not just a small paper - a certificate for an all-expenses-paid week at RoseMarie's Resort of Rest and Rejuvenation, guaranteed to soothe jangled nerves, relax tense muscles, and revitalize study-wearied brains. Ayshela paced nervously, consoling herself with the knowledge that at the *very* least she could give her friend a hug. OOC: ***HUGE Happy Birthday hugs*** i hope it's wonderful for you!

Crowning the presents with a birthday card, he leaves a *hug* lurking and heads back to work.

Wyvern Posted November 27, 2003 Report Posted November 27, 2003 Wyvern frantically dashes into the Cabaret Room, his scales covered in a pale tint of red due to various unpleasant hallucinations revolving around Melba and I.R.S agents... Turning towards Alaeha and briefly noting to her that Almost-Dragonic Party-in-a-Boxes come with one genuine cardboard box to party in, the overgrown lizard quickly turns towards Zariah and wishes the crow girl a slightly belated happy birthday. Sorting through a bag of goods that he's holding, the reptilian Elder pulls out a book entitled "How to Speak Crow in Latin" and hands it to the birthday girl before once again panicing from hallucinations and dashing off... Zariah Posted December 4, 2003 Report Posted December 4, 2003 WoW! Thank you all..... didn't expect so many people to notice. I had an okay b-day. I was lucky to be with my boyfriend and family over the thanksgiving break. I got my first car! Well...not in my name or anything (haven't established credit yet) but it's nice and hopefully I can have it on campus next semester! Well, I have a LOT of catching up to do as well as FINALS to crams for....... Thank you all!!!!!!
