Peredhil opens the door to the Birthday Room and enters into Jonathon Wolfe's room. Laughing at himself for being silly, he steps back out, closes the door and reopens it thinking of Lyssara.

The room is decorated with EverQuest scenes of Norrath, and various pieces of graphics artwork from Lyssara's website (with small attached price tags. A small stack of commission order forms are stacked neatly near the door.

Peredhil puts up the Happy Birthday banners, liking to add a personal touch, and eyes the composition. After moving a few pieces to more pleasing places, he lights the everlast candles (which drip no annoying wax onto the cake), and softly sings happy birthday to the fill the waiting room with happiness and anticipation, then exits quietly to continue about his rounds...

Ayshela hurries in, streamers trailing behind her because, as usual, she's lost hold of the ends of several. Probably as well there are no kittens chasing after her this time. Hurriedly hanging them about the room, she then sets out several kinds of bevarages. As she turns toward the door, her attention is caught by the stunning artwork about the room, and she unknowingly spends the next several hours moving from one captivating piece to another. Reaching the last one, she realizes with horror that she's very very late, and rushes out of the room leaving "Happy Birthday!" echoing behind her.

Merelas dashes into the room, carrying a wrapped present, which contained a box with charcoal carved into tubes, as well as a knife for sharpening these charcoal pencils-- for her art

Happy birthday!

Merelas is about to dash out when, as a second thought, he places a pilfered spare invitation to Ayshela's ball next to his gift, quickly scrawling "Lyssara" on the envelope
