Werewolf III: The Case of Garnavon Hall
Lady Celes Crusader replied to Tanuchan's topic in Conservatory Archives
OOC: ARRGH i have to rewrite it! Mrs. Christe hastilly grabs a robe when she heard Katharine's screaming. Lestrade, Holmes and Watson were already in the vicinity. The good doctor attends the retired teacher while Holmes looks at the tray. Lestrade witholds the other guest and told them the grim news. Then he ordered that everyone goes to the dining room. Marcus helps his mother, who is still shaken, to walk over the designated room. Elisabeth, along with the survivors were seated in the dining room, looking at each other. The socialite looks at her surroudings with a thoughts on every one. A retired teacher who made deductions on her own, did succesfully pointed out one of the assassins. Her son, a butcher, who voted often against her mother's opinion, especially on critical times. Weatherby, the butler who is apparently didn't liked his masters. Then, there's the arrogant American who Wil appears to fraternize a lot, could he had betrayed his best friend? So many questions but yet, not enought clues. - He was a brave man. Revealing himself even if he knows that he sacrifice his life. May he rest in peace. Now, we must think about who shall be interrogated by Mr. Holmes. In my mind, two persons are standing out as likely suspects: Mr. Horton and Weatherby. But I don't want to point finger in haste. This one must be a thought out choice because either we find the killer and the other innocents are safe, either we end up jeopardising everyone's safety. I really would like to hear everyone's opinion, this will give an opportunity for everyone to defend. -
Lady Celes Crusader reads the sign and chuckles - So, you want a birthday gift? Let's see... The mage makes a scarf appearing in her hands and laughs softly. - This scarf will prevent Wyvvie from making disastrous spells. (OOC: Happy Given Birthday, Wyvern. *hugs*)

Elisabeth listened carefully to the discussions and takes mental notes of everything, she decided that it was time to let everyone known her opinion about the whole situation. - Mrs. Horton, I do find that your vote analysis is interesting but I would like to mention that, since I was grasping at straws, prejudices guided my first two votes. When Wil clearly stated that he "saw" Emily doing her evil work along with her accomplice, I decided to trust his word and vote along what he said. While I heavily despise the American, I do belive him when he said he wanted to attract the murdurer the attention of the other assassin away from our protectors. She makes a brief pause and resumes her speech. - Of course, I am aware that I am a suspect like everyone else who are still living here. My only crime is to not behave always as appropriatly as a lady of my social status should. But I will side along everyone else and accuse James Doyle to be Emily's accomplice. ((OOC: James Doyle/Tamaranis)) -

Elisabeth Christie, who is now clad in a sober brown velvet gown and let her hair tied in a more conservative bun, rereads the letter she wrotes the evening before for her husband. The socialite neatly folds the letter and enclosed it in an evelop before heading to the library, where Katharine Horton is talking severly to the american. - What is going on here? Who had unfortunatly passed away? Katharine fills Elisabeth with all the details she knows about the late events - Sir Alfred Peterson was our protector? What a sad turns of events. That means that it will be the very last vision we will be able to benefit from him, as he wont hesitate to kill him. I would like to hear from Wil before making any choice. -
I nominate Peredhil, Yui, Wyvern, Quincunx, Orlan, Ayshela, Deg, Gwaihir and so many more. I can't just nominate one person. I like the idea of your quill-quest.

((OOC: You did well and you had been "sighted". I was pretty clueless about who might be the wolves. But I like the paraplegic lady idea you've pulled off. Also, at the other game, you managed to pull off a very interesting character with a lots of depth.*hugs* I can't wait to see the ghosts's chat.)) Elisabeth Christie has mixed feelings about the late events. While she's happy that one of the culprits had been caught, it will be problematic to find the other since everyone Wil "saw" are now deceased. She walks over him and talks to him. - Wil, whoever you choose to see tonight, it will be a vital choice. I strongly suggest that you don't hesitate to ask as many questions before tonight. Although that I havent led the most unreproachable live, I have nothing to hide. As for Emily, well, I don't undestand her interest for such evil doing. -

Elisabeth walks back in the mansion only to hear hystericals argumentation between the guests. She draws out of her purse a deck of cards and looks at the assembly. - Well, until Watson will interrogate the new suspect, I invite anyone to play poker. I don't think I change my vote and, quite frankly, this is now out of my control. Mrs. Christie sats down at the table and starts to shuffle her cards with all the skills a gambler of her caliber developped. -
I did apologies because I was out for one day in the Japanese game, but I did PM my wolf partner for whom I wanted to kill and therefore, not slowing down the pace of the game. But I must say that whoever plays the Seer and the Baner, should be careful.

Love, for me, is a feeling that someone gives you and that makes you so strong that you're willing to do anything for the said person.

(OOC: Gnarlitch, I'm not sure if you were supposed to say you're the Seer out of character. Anyhow, I'll focus of what it is said IC. As for the ghosts; Nice touch. ) Elisabeth has mixed feelings about the whole scene. While the absurdity of Wil's speech is appalling, she did clearly ask that whoever have any clues should speak up. Watson did clearly say that they were looking for two suspects. Suspecting Lady Galanodel when everyone thought there was only one assassin was pure heresy. But now, the clue left by Mr. Vahktang changes a lot of things. - Well Mr. Wil, so you pretend to have the skill of sight? That the killers are the fable werewolves? Talk about a hysterical situation. Well, let me do this! I'll vote against Lady Galanodel. If she's arrested and that your words are truthful, well, you'll have everyone's trust. If not, I'll make sure that not only you'll be lynched, but I'll make sure that your reputation is ruined forever. Lady Galanodel protested while others are litterally shocked. Katharine Horton looks at her with disbelief. - Mrs. Christie! Do you really know what are you doing? - That maybe a gamble but if it pays off, it might just save our lives. And remember that you did voted against her yesterday. Elisabeth finishes her breakfast and leaves for the garden, leaving everyone pondering about what they just saw. (OOC: I vote against Elwen/Lady Galanodel. I was toying with the idea of voting against her anyway.) -
Shadows of the Kitsune Tail
Lady Celes Crusader replied to Lady Celes Crusader's topic in Assembly Room Archives
Yumi spent the day with either sister, learning the geisha way while the other is "greeting" a client. While practicing the ceremony of tea, questions are cascading behind the young girl's mind. Ristuko notices her apprentice lack of concentration and interrupted her thoughts. - Now, now, Yumi-chan, tell me what is wrong with you? - Will I have to "greet" clients? Ritsuko frowns her eyebrows for a moment and nods. - As unpleasing as it sounds, you'll have to do it eventually. But don't worry, it's not as bad as it may seems. After all, we still have to pay for this roof and for our food. And you'll need more appropriate kimonos and hair accessories. Yumi is shocked by what she heard and hardly contains her anger. The older prostitute notices it and knelts beside the teen, holding her by her shoulder. - I know that I wish that we couldnt have to suffer it, but we are out of choice. You are an orphan with pratically no name of your own. The only way you could possibly make yourself one of your own by becoming an oiran or a geisha. You are a beautiful looking girl and lots of men will pay a lot just to have your favors. The teenager started to sob, realizing the whole mess she felt into. Yoko walks in the room and looks at the scene. - Ritsuko! What happened here? - I've simply told her the truth! An angered Yoko walks over and scolds her sister. - That's pretty brillant? How is she supposed to trust us now? Now it will make her harder to handle at night! - Where else can she go? She knows nobody but us here! She'll have to do it one day and she'll have to know about it one day. Better sooner than later! - What kind of ill logic is that? Ever heard of the word "tact"? Of course not, since tact is eluding you. It's now Yumi's turn to be furious, she sees both sister arguing and realizes that, in one way or another, they both end up using her. - ENOUGH! The geishas stop at once and look at Yumi, who is now in a furious mood. The young girl continues. - You want me to endure your lifestyle? Fine! It seems that there's no choice for me here. I'll sell this sick body if it means giving my life back! I'll "greet" every men in Kyoto if it means freeing myself from this curse! I've never ask for anything of this. I.... I... Yumi tears interrupted her thoughts and she cries all her anger out. Yoko kneels besides the young kitsune and gently strokes her back. - I know it's hard for you to cope with this reality. We've both had been through what you are living and we both hate it. But, unlike human prostitute, you can still make these pigs pay. I promise you that your first client will be the most handsome of the cursed one, as no human pigs deserve to take your virginity away. Ritsuko, get yourself ready for your client. The youngest of the sister obeys and leaves the room, while Yoko manages to calm Yumi down and resume the teaching. Minutes before sunset, both sisters brought holds Yumi before a mirror, giving the girl the instruction to trying to not fade her mind into uncounciousness. As soon as the last ray of light disappears, Yumi's body started to transform, while her clothing is disappearing, her stature starts to grow larger while fur starts to cover her body. Her mouth and chin elongates, her nails turn into sharp claws while her teeths transform into menacing fangs. Her ears points upward and they are covered with black and white fur. At that point, Yumi's consciousness fades away. Yumi awakes the mext morning, still confused at what could have possibly happened last night. Ritsuko looks over Yumi gently and hands her rice balls to the girl. - Good morning, Yumi-chan. Did you recalled anything? - I do recall that my body turn into something that reminds me of a fox... That's all I can recall. - That's a nice start. As soon as you'll manage to keep your human mind awake, you'll be able to control your skills. I leave you on your own, but try to think about it. Ritsuko leaves Yumi alone with her own thoughts. Yumi kneels on her bed and starts to pray. - Buddha, may I ask if I had done anything wrong in any of my pasts lives to even deserve to be cursed? I always thanked you for the live you gave me in the monastary, I always tried to be kind and protective toward the other orphans, I always helped Hajime-san when he needs it and this is what you give me in return? Why did you cursed me? Why did you lead me in this life of misery? WHY? WHY? Yumi cries, cursing against the god while Yoko is eavesdropping, smiling. -

Elisabeth, who's now in a taffetas rust colored gown, while having her hair tied up in a sober bun but it still have some flair in it. She notices the worried Dr. Watson and decides to inquire what happened. - 'I'm afraid, Mrs. Christie,'replies the famous figure,'that nobody is not safe around. We found both Mr. Vahktang and Mr. Norfolk dead while learning that we are actually looking for two murdurers.' The socialite gasps. The danger was beyond what she thought it really is. Will she even be able to leave this manor alive? She walks at the dining room where breakfast is served. After being seated, she commented about what is going on. - I am more than appalled to find out what happened to these gentlemen. If anyone have a very serious idea about whom might be the culprits, it might be wise to speak up as I'm sure that nobody wants to end up as the actors of a pretty grim scandal. I must admit that I'm pretty clueless. (OOC: I really would like to see the ghosts roleplaying.) -

Elisabeth Christie looks over Norfolk's escort. After goo Dr. Watson confirms he was an innocent she nods although she makes a remarks in an impatient tone. - Hopefully, that's one innocent in the safety of confinement. But still, the murderer eluded us again. I hope we will have more clues because I feel that I'm blindfolded. The socialite glares at the former teacher. - Of course I am biased! In fact, pretty much everyone is! I did voted against Mr. Norfolk because he re-voted against Lady Galanodel without thinking if it was the best choice or not, among other things. Now, if you excuse me, I need some quiet time on my own. Mrs. Christie heads for the Library. Once there, she sats at a desk and writes a second letter to her husband. The socialite softly cries while she folded the letter and puts it in its envelop. While the wrote her address, a tear dripped from her chin, making a splatter on the paper. She wipes her tears away and gives the letter to Wetherby. - Keep it with the other. If someone decides to get rid of me, you know what to do with these. Elisabeth retires in her room, preparing herself for another restless night. -

Elisabeth nods at what both Katharine and Marcus said and decides that she must cast her vote - I think that this time, I'm with Mr. Horton on this one. I fail to understand why he his so expeditive into accusing Lady Emily. Unless he genuinely knows something about Lady Emily that I don't I fail to see any evidence pointing her. (OOC: A vote against John Norfolk/Nave) -
I'll miss you. They better arrange your Internet connection asap.

Werewolf III: The Case of Garnavon Hall
Lady Celes Crusader replied to Tanuchan's topic in Conservatory Archives
Elisabeth was thinking her way and wonders for whom she shall vote against. While it is extremely tempting to vote against the rude American, she decides that it might be foolish to do so now. However, who wanted this household and their guest dead? Mrs. Christie decided to voice her opinion. - The problem I have for the moment is that I lack to see the motives behind this sinister tragedy. For me, it is tempting to vote against that rude American over there but I'll refrain for the moment. He was indeed willing to save Dr. Cuthbert's life. Although that it might be a cleaver cover up. All these speculations are leading to nowhere. -

OOC: I hope that this post will make sense because I`m at my brother`s and i,` a tad drunk. *points her title* Elisabeth Christie walks out of her room in a much sober emerald velvet gown while her auburn hair flows freely. She heard of Lady Clarice`s death and immediately gives Richard her condolences. She sat down for breakfast while massaging her head; she obviously had drinken way too much for her own good. She closes her eyes for a brief moment and opens them only to see Mrs. Horton sharing the meal with her. - Well, it seems that the assassins that lurks in this mansion are relentless. She sights and resumes her thoughts - It seems they rather kill everyone rather than just leave quietly. I genuinely feel that I`m grasping straws. -
My opinion on the second question is based on what I've seen in the Werewolf II game. I think that you can gossip about anyone but not do formal accusation. In the previous game, Deamon's character wrote in his nightphase post that he still thinks that MeThinksUFoolish's persona still have his full suspicion while wondering about Elwen's character as well.

OOC: Thank you Vahktang. I though that pulling off an one-way correspondance between Elisabeth and her elderly husband of hers might add a nice touch. Elisabeth walks out of the Library and asks for a nice carafe of Cointreau. The young reckless woman decided that if she wont survive this event, at least she would have feast it until the end. As soon she gets the drink, she pours herself a glass and drinks the alochol. She then heads for her room where she undresses, with one of the maiden's help, then she slips into a peach satin nightgown with lace cups. The servent is tieing her hair in one long auburn braid, while the socialite drinks. - I wish that the taste of such refine liquor never leaves the tips of my lips. When the maiden is done, she leaves Mrs Christie on her own. -
Happy birthday for both of you. :wizzie:

Elisabeth Christie is rather in a sad mood, obviously, the guilty eluded everyone. She notices Dr. Watson taking care of Edwyn Cooper but turns away from the scene and heads for a more quiet part of the mansion, in the Library. She sat down at a desk and writes a letter to her spouse Archibald Christie. Elisabeth cries softly for a moment. She who enjoys life more than anyone in this room, might not see the next day. After wipping her tears away with a tissue, she resumes her writing. Elisabeth cries some more at the moment when she was surprised by Wetherby. She quickly folds the letter and shoved it in an evelope, then she starts to write her home address. - Are you allright, Mrs. Christie? inquires the butler - Besides the fact that we havent caught Sir Garnavon's murderer, that there's still that obnoxious American around and that might be the last soiree I'll even attend, everything's allright. But I want you to do me a favor. hands over the butler her sealed letter If anything happens to me, please sent this to my husband. Wetherby takes the letter and puts it in his vest's inside pocket. -
Happy Birthday for both of you.

Elisabeth Christie is outraged by the calamities shouted by Edwyn Cooper. - Is everything that comes out of your mouth have the stench of scandal? I pity you since the only way you found to defend yourself is to speak ill of our country. What you call "being truthful", I call being arrogant. The socialite nods at Wetherby's outbursts. - While your logic of accusing Mr. Cuthbert is irreproachable, I still stand by my word and still thinks that this obnoxious would-be man points at Edwyn might be hired by someone to do this horrible task. -

Elisabeth Christie shrugs whe she sees Katharine Horton arguing with Edwyn Cooper. - Mrs Horton, I am afraid that you are waisting your time trying to put common sense in this thick skull of his. Obviously, he doesn't care about the late events and he's showing it in the most obnoxious way he can.
