The funniest thing is that both the Werewolf and the Seer sent me their request around Katz. BTW... The reasons why that I'm leaving the roleplay open before doing an epilogue is to find out how the characters will react during the next five days. Will Tom Baker turn insane and resumes what Adelaide started? Will anyone will kill Tom just for the tranquility sake? Who knows. BTW, I really would like to do another game structured like this one with an unlimited amount of players this time. Why? Because it's so fun sticking ugly skeletons out. -
Werewolf X: And then they were...
Lady Celes Crusader replied to Lady Celes Crusader's topic in Conservatory Archives
Eight little nigger boys travelling in Devon; One said he'd stay there and then there were Seven. Adelaide feels the suspicious glares spiking at her, spiking at the very last bit of her sanity she drops on her knees and cracks. - Yes I did let my sister die, but she never really died in my mind. In fact, she kept sticking her ugly face at every opportunity. She never left me alone. Then, I've founded out about your stories... Everyone's heart is battering as the young lady's face is now twisted with sheer hatred. She then resumes her speach. - Yes, I've managed to find out about everyone's story one by one. Believe me, it's not pretty at all. When Flats died, he didn't told the whole truth. You see he and Claudia are con artists who were in love way before her marriage. She managed to attract a millionaire's attention, wedded him and both plotted for his death. Claudia answers weakly. - You are lying! Adelaide looks straight at the con artist and a evil smile. - Can you say that again while looking straight into my eyes? Claudia looks down instead, knowing that it was the bare truth, making the dilitant grinning. I didn't think so indeed. Adelaide now shifted her attention to Charles. - As for you, when your father was attacked by this tiger, instead of calling for help, you decided to shoot at them even thought you were way too much drunk for that. What a pity. As pitiful as Jeremy's wife faith, who had been shot down by him during a mafia shootout. Tom's blood was boiling within his vein and he was about to do his move when Adelaide pulled out a gun toward him. Jeremy and Luke looked for theirs but they realize that both guns' barrels were empty. - Behave and I'll tell you everything.resumes cooly Adelaide Now as for Luke, it's not for nothing that he's a vagrant. He killed his Captain during the first World War in the most irresponsible manner possible. As for Anne, she was the only one who spoke up the truth last night. - But it was in self-defense!protested Luke - Self-defense perhaps, but still a murder for me. Oh but one of the most disgusting person around here is Lady Melia. She was right that his pretendant committed suicide. But she did everything to drive him into commiting this act. Such beautiful woman on the outside, but such a wicked creature on the inside. Then Adelaide stares defiantly at Tom with a smile so twisted by hatred that it becomes a mockery of a grin. - Tom Baker and Victoria Butler. Now these two killed three persons for the sake of keeping up the good appearance. You two met up together while she was married to Mr. Brent Butler. It was interesting that Victoria chooses her 15th wedding anniversary for such a devious plot. Yes, she did arrange for her then husband's death. As for this other gentleman, he just was an unfortunate casuality. Tom was furious and stares at Adelaide furiously. The young artist resumes her horrific speech - Tom, you know that you have to kill your American wife just for keeping her silent. You didn't want your very influencial father-in-law to find out about your affair with Victoria. Don't get me wrong, love had nothing to do with these murders, it was all about keeping everything in place, it was all about keeping both political reputation intact. However, it seems that Victoria decided that you were becoming of a nuisance. - Stop your blatent lies.snarls Tom - Lies? Really?she throws at him Victoria's diary. Take a look at the last entries and tell me if I'm still lying. The politician reluctantly does so and reads the very entries Adelaide mentionned. He founded out that she spoke the truth: Victoria wanted to get rid of him. Suddenly, Tom cries in rages and was about to jump on Adelade when all the men jumped on him and try to calm him down. Taking advantage of the chaos, Adelaide runs out of the Mansion and heads for the lighthouse. Everyone pursue her to finally corner her at the lighthouse's balcony. Anne talks to the insane lady. - Adelaide, why this? Why all this trouble? Why this horrid game? Adelaide chuckled in defeat. - I was disgusted that nobody else felt guilty about what they did. I've heard about this place and the nursery rhyme and I thought that I could strike everyone down one by one while making your last days in existence a torture. Also, by the time you'll be back home, the media and the police will have all the facts that I've gathered about you all in their hands. Charles asks calmly, as he knows that he'll have nothing to gain from being anxious about his reputation right now, the question that had been on everyone's mind for a long time. - So, where is Hunbe Kant? Adelaide let go a frightening laugh and glances at everyone, amused. - I am Hunbe Kant. She then let sat on the rail and let herself fall off the lighthouse. She then lands on a rock, flat on her back. The gun she carried shoots in her chest on the impact. Adelaide is no more. Anne picked up a piece of paper that the lady dropped on her fall and take a look in it. - So, she built the name Hunbe Kant around the word "unbekannt" which is the german word for... unknown! Everyone looked down at the lighthouse, puzzled (Congrats! You've found the Hunbe Kant aka Werewolf. I'll add an epilogue but I want to give you people the opportunity to let your character react to this whole mess.) -

Nine little nigger boys sat up very late; One overslept himself and then there were Eight. After many debates, the group finally decided to send Jeremy, Tom and Luke over the lighthouse, while the others will watch the group's progress from the balcony. Everyone sighs in relief when the lighthouse lits up and the three men came back alive. Everyone looked at each other and concluded that Anna should give everyone the copy of the bedroom keys she have to their respective occupant. When it's done, everyone decides to go to their assigned bedroom and to try to get some rest. Victoria and Tom decided to chat about their concerns in the lady's bedroom. - Why this madness?wonders the concerned gentleman, What is this sick game? - I honestly don't know Tom. whispers Victoria, One thing is sure, is that Mr. Kant knows about everyone's dirty secret. He knows that I felt in love with you while I was still married to my husband. He knows that I coordonated his "ski accident" for your sake. He knows that someone else had been dragged in this tragedy unwillingly. Tom... he knows everything! Victoria buries her face in her hands and sobs. Tom gently hugs her for long minutes, until Victoria finally dismissed him for the night. When the gentleman's gone, the politically involved woman searchs her purse and pulls out sleeping pills. She takes one and abandonned herself into Morpheus' arms. The following morning, Anna prepared breakfast for everyone, under Charles and Adelaide's watch. The governess sighs at the sight of the agitated sea. Obviously, rescue wont come in today. Meanwhile, Luke is already seated at the dining table and glances at the statues that serves as a centerpiece. The former soldier notices that something was amiss and counted the statues; only eight were actually there. What happened to the other two? - EVERYONE!!! COME OVER HERE!!! Luke calls out. The seven others gathers around the dining table and look at Luke with an intrigued glance. - THE STATUES!cries the panicked gentlemanTWO OF THEM ARE MISSING!!! Everyone carefully count the statues and came to the very same conclusion. Tom Baker observes the others who were assembled here only to realize that Victoria is missing! He suddenly pales and whimpers. - Victoria... murmurs Tom, Is she.... Everyone rushes over the politician woman's bedroom. Anna knocks at the door and calls Victoria's name. No answer comes from the room. In a cry of rage, Tom pushes Anna aside and rams in the door with his body. When the door finally crashed open, a bizarre scene was displayed before them. Victoria was still in bed and looks peaceful. Tom approaches the bed and looks at the bottle of sleeping pills that is seated on one of the end table; it is empty. He then touches the lady's face and it was cold. Mr. Kant stuck again! (OOC: Not good indeed. Victoria was a villager. It's now day phase and it'll be your usual public voting. I'll give you 24 to 48 hours unless someone has a clear majority of vote pinned against him or her) -

Ten little nigger boys went out to dine; One choked his little self and then there were Nine. While Anna and Luke tought about the lighthouse plan, Charles walks over Flats and asks him casually about the accusations. Flats was looks at the politician and decided to give an answer before raising anymore suspicions. - This voice is lying about one thing, Claudia had nothing to do with the murder. She and I felt in love together while she was married and I decided to remove her husband out of the way so we can both be happy and together. Claudia pales as she heard Flats's confession. She stayed immobile, unnable to act nor speak. Flats raises his glass of champagne toward her looking straight in her eyes. - May you forgive me for acting out of love. The gentleman drinks the delicate alcohol in one straight gulp. Seconds later, his eyes widen, his lips turn blue and he suffucates. Before anyone moves in his rescue, Flats collapse on his back and gives up on last breath before the lights of life extiguishe in his eyes. His face permanently bears a horrid expression of his death. (OOC: Thanks to a tie in the votes, the die decided that Mira/Flats Landon was to be the first victim. PM will be send and roles will be determine. Night phase is on and I'll wait for the Seer,s and Werewolf's pms before proceeding to the next day phase.) -

The Manor of Tongues Cafe's staff Alice Alice is a 4'11" chubby lady in her mid fourties who is as passionnate about the food she prepares as the quality of her excellent cuisine. She's the no-nonsense chef who shows a very authoritative character. Trustworthy, she's often in charge of the Cafe when Celes is not around and keeps scolding the waitresses. Arielle Pretty Arielle is a blond that looks more like a teenager than a woman in her twenties. While she does an efficient job as a waitress, she's a flirt with a carefree attitude that can be easily distracted by the charms of her male customers. Mariette This brunette is the oldest of the waitresses and the most down to earth of the bunch. While others like Arielle have young ingenue beauty, Mariette have a more femme fatale look. However, she happens to be a great confident and her discretion is notorious. Rumors states that she could blackmail almost everyone in the Pen if she wants to as she knows many secrets. The pets Cambronne This tall male cat, pratically as long as Celes' leg when stretched in a standing position on his rear paws, is black from head to toe, even his mustaches' hair are black, and looks at the world with his round yellow eyes. Cambronne is very curious; when anything unusual happens he checks it. He's the most social of the two cats, he's docile and not agressive at all. He'll never hiss toward any human being. He greets visitor by rubbing his head and sides on them and smells them for a long time. He expresses his affection toward his Mistress by always following her and hanging around not to far from her. He's playful, a bit too playful for the other cat's taste and always seeks to prove who's the boss between him and Carbone. Cambronne is not the most careful cat. He walks clumsily on the various stuff that Celes left on her desk. He's not very agile and insecure when he jumps but uses his lenght to his advantage. When he's bored, he'll do anything to attract his mistress' attention, which includes meowing, jumping on her desk and walking before her or standing next to her chair and reaching for her elbow. Although Cambronne doesn't mind to be in Celes' arms much, he doesn't like to be cuddled or combed. Carbone Carbone is a small but slightly overweight female cat. She have a grey and black tiger-stripped fur and green eyes. She's shy and prefers calm places. She expresses her affection toward her mistress when she's in that mood and prefers to hide from visitors at first and later, greets them shyly. However, she purrs more often than Cambronne. Carbone loves to be cuddled by her mistress and she's in heaven when she's groomed. Also, she loves to lay down on her mistress' lap for long minutes, unless Celes really needs to get up. She's graceful and delicate, always avoiding anything that she believes she musn't steps on. She's very agile and daring when she jumps. She's constantly growls and hisses after Cambronne, especially when he decides that she'll makes an excellent playing target. When Styler happens to be around when Celes is not, Carbone shifts all her focus upon Styler and meows incessantly until he gives her the attention she wants. -

Styler This verdant mage is the one that makes Celes' heart beating off her chest. While a relatively solid shaped man, Styler have a smile and a charisma that makes everyone at ease around him. Composed, patient and dedicated, Styler has a love that knows no limits toward Celes and he does shows great leadership when its needed. He drops by the Pen, paying his love a visit, although he doesn't share his partner's interest for litterature. -

Anna Raven had been done preparing the balcony for the continuation of the soiree, plenty of champagne was on ice and a grammophone was playing joyful ragtag music. The governess gathered all the guests over the balcony. While some reluctantly followed, others were enthusiast with the whole idea. The hours passes while everyone drink, smoke and was a bit more confortable with each other. Suddenly, the music stops and a stern, monochord and cruel voice let itself heard in its place. While the guests were dispersed around the manor, Anna is cleaning up the dinner table with Luke's help. When the governess was about to wash the dish, Luke stops her there and told her to follow him over the Library, as they'll be able to chat about their employer. The governess politely declined the invitation, stating that she still have duties in hand and tells him to join the other guests. Meanwhile, in the Library, Victoria was reading a book while Adelaide decided to take a look over the various books that presents to her.
