  1. Wyvern: Well, ketchup flavored chips are found in Canada (at least in my province for sure) but not in the US although many US flavors made their way up here recently (such as the Cheesumms Pringle). Also, another local junk food specialty is the Spruce Beer. It's some kind of spruce flavored soda. I cannot be more descriptive with the taste because I never really taste it since I hate carbonated drinks. However, it does smells a lot like spruce.
  2. Happy belated birthday for Vahktang. *Gives him a bottle of Sake as a reference of Lord Washima* Birthday lynching?
  3. *Gives a big hug to Cryptomancer* Happy belated birthday. Here's your Belated Birthday White Chocolate Cake! :woot:
  4. As for chips... I have a knack for Cajun flavored and Ketchup flavored Pringles but I refrain to buy them because I know I'll empty the whole package. As for White Chocolate, I'm not a fan of it because its way too sweet.
  5. I do have a knack for Zero dark chocolate bars as they taste delicious and they are not sickenly sweet. I do have my shares of Aero (Aero caramel is cool), Kit Kat, Coffee Crisp (the Moka flavor's nice) and Crunchie but I want to consume these the least often as possible.
  6. Silence looks up at the Widow Arthur, then at her mother before listening to Goodman Parcel's accusation. - I have no reasons to not trust Goodman Parcel's words. (OOC: I accuse Cryptomancer - Donovan James)
  7. I'm up for that Werewolf game as my personae.
  8. Silence was in shock! Whoever was the witch, she or he was evil. It was clear that the witch wanted the clergy representative to pay dearly for this. While she's been carried away from the scene by Allison, the teenager couldn't help but to think that perhaps the people will glare at her again.
  9. Silence was by her bed's side when she prays. - All mighty God, I'm praying for everyone in this village because I wish we catch the witch that disrupt our peace. I'm also praying that no one else suffers the Reverend or Mrs. Bones' fate. I'm also praying that you give to everyone the strenght to overcome these harsh time. The she grabs her rosary and starts to say it under Allison's careful watch.
  10. Silence Whitney's eyes widens in shock and suddenly faints. Aillison quickly makes maneuver to swiftly awakening her. When the teenager finally wakes up, she sits up and cries. Allison hugs her daughter in her arm, understanding the whole pain she was probably feeling. The mother gives a sever looks to those who had accused her daughter before getting up and bring her along. - Let's go home. You've seen enough of this. A teary Silence quietly follows her mother.
  11. Silence looks at Amelia straight into her eyes. - The only people who taught me the words of Gods are my mother and our late Reverend. Are you implying that my mother might be a liar? As far as I'm concern, mother based her teaching upon's the Reverend's words so I certainly do not believe I've been lied too. Amelia sighs and leaves while Allison hugs her daugther. - It's no use, her mind is made. - But mother! I didn't do it. Allison gives a gentle kiss on Silence's forehead. - I know, Silence.
  12. Silence is 14 years-old.
  13. Celes appears and smiles at the newly promotees. Everyone here obtained a well deserved promotion. Congratulations to each one of you.
  14. ~Physical Description~ 5'2" height half-elven girl, with dark black curled hair. These days, she rathers wear them short for both practical and fashion issue (she hates untangled long hair). These days, they are mid-neck lenght with some of her hair strands that partially covers her face only on the left side. She usually wears white satin dresses covered with translucide dark blue overgown. She wears two earrings on her left ear, one on her right and her neck is adorned with a delicate silver chain. Her white skin is the perfect opposite of her black eyes, circled with a pair of blue glasses that are bold and small in the same time and her heart-shaped-not-to-pulpous mouth is usually adorned with a smile. However, on special occasions, she can be seen in extremely extravagant outfits created with her Phantasm magic, like the gown where tiny Sylphs, who were acting as pearls, were swirling around her in intricated patterns. 15. ~Abilities~ Being a Master of Phantasm magic, it also means that she is an adept of illusions based magic while having at her disposal some of the most potent magic of the other Terra's four magical branches. In her specialty, she can casts hallucinations, magically steal artifacts, flying, turning invisible, scrying mirrors and summon Elemental monsters and other magical creatures. She does use her magic to create herself outrageous outfits or to simply mess with anyone's mind, especially greedy Wyvern.
  16. ~Items~ Celes does have a pretty garnished library where several scrolls of all type are gathered there. Also, she keeps a Mirror in which she does her scrying. However, she'd rather conjure any item when she does need it rather than amassing a clutter of magical items. Editted by Katz for Search-compliant formatting.
  17. ~Personality~ Enjoyable, enthousiast, pleasant and full of energy described her well. But she's far from perfect, she's forgetful, susceptible upon very specific things and stubborn. Also, when she's angered its very spectacular and its a storm of angered cries salted with imaginative and not-so imaginative injurious sentences and insults. When the storm is over, she's back as the courteous cafe-owner she is usually. Quirks Always manage to insert her cats in a conversation. Speaks with a present French accent that makes her rolls her R's if she's not careful and hates to pronounce the word "throughout". She can either make a monologue when she talks about something that interests her (not only her cats) or she can listen intently for hours without saying anything. 18. ~History~ Terra was in it's glory when a blue mage named Celes Crusader appeared. Quickly, she had been under Ice Region's wing, a guild lead by Siorki. As she nurtures her skill, Siorki introduced her to The French Miagik, a guild comprised of Molière's tongue adept in which Styler was among it's leader. Celes didn't only found new loyal friends but also love within this guild. During her time as a Miagik, her alter ego named Zakuro appeared and fiercely serves the Miagik while Celes tooked upon her Ice Region's leadership and helped The French Barbarians. After several chaotic wars on Terra, Celes left this charred land and found asylum within The Mighty Pen, following her friend's Arlequin's indication. The presence of the French speaking mages and their desire to express themselve with their native tongue contributed to the appearance of the Manor of Tongues. Celes enthusiastically become an active member of the Pen, being a Quill-bearer within months. She completed her Quill-Quest along with four others and became one of the Pen's first Troubadour and had been the only one for several months. After inciting Quill-bearers into becoming Troubadours and requesting the creation of the Spanish forum in the Manor of Tongues, she became on of the first Storyteller Guild Leaders and contributed in the creation of the guilds. Seeing the Manor of Tongue decrepit and feeling the weight of her responsabilities to both the Manor and the Guild, Celes decided to step down as a Guild Leader and decides to focus all of her energies into it. 20. ~Biography~ (Brief) I was born in Montréal on October 4th 1975 and being the daughter of two teachers, I grew up litterally surrounded by books and always having a book in anyone of them, while living in a neighbourhood dubbed "The Mtl South Shore's Bronx". I've read the Belgian Golden Age comic books such as Astérix, Tintin, Gaston Lagaffe and Lucky Luke while reading my share of Agatha Christie, Sherlock Holmes, Tolkien and some Arsène Lupin. While I'm living in Drummondville (one hour drive away from Montréal) with Styler and my cats since two years now, my roots are always in the metropole's suburbs. As for who I am, it's been three years that I'm a Pen Member and what a ride. From the beginning, I never hide the fact that I'm a Francophone (French speaker) as there was no point to since everyone knew about it thanks to my membership to the French Miagik. I remember that I rised pretty quickly in the rank of Troubadour, being among the first ones, if not the first one. I've been the Lone Troubadour for a while and I did my share of riots just to recruit more of these and it somewhat worked. The Manor of Tongue is a bit of my baby since I believe that the Internet is a mean to express diversity and that The Pen should reflect that. As a writer, I think that my taste for visual arts tincted many, if not all, of my work. To give you an idea about how much I like art, I can spend 6 to 10 hours easily in any Art Museum, depending upon how big it is. Also, I do consider words as a toy sometimes and I like to strech my mind while playing with these.
  21. Silence looks at the Reverend's grave and couldn't believe it. But then she feels that suspicions leads toward her. - Mother... Why they are looking at me? Did I do anything wrong? - No dear. They just think you're too young. - Too young for what? I don't understand? Then Anne walks over Silence and looks at her. - May I ask what do you understand about Good and Evil? Silence looks at Anne with a bit of a surprise and then looks over the Reverend's grave. - Only Evil could kill a man of God. As for Good, I'm praying the Lord every night, thanking him for my good health, for my good family. But now, I pray that we find all the witches. I'm maybe young, but I understand the Lord's words more with every passing days. Silence looks around and as soon as her gaze passes upon Samantha Bones, she feels a tingle in her spine. She then whispers to her mother. - Why Mrs Bones makes me feel bad? (OOC: Samantha Bones)
  22. Voilà un truc qui concerne absolument tout ton texte est qu'il te faudra choisir un temps unique pour conjuguer tes verbes, histoire d'en simplifier la lecture. Tu verras mes commentaires en gras là où je le jugerais nécéssaire.
  23. Have a good one indeed, Racouol.
  24. Je vais prendre le temps de t'écrire une critique qui a du sens après avoir bien lu tout ça à tête reposée.
  25. Fourteen years-old Silence Withney looks at the two accused with a stare filled with both fascination and fear at once! She looks up to her mother, Allison Whithey, who glares at them until she feels her daughter's gaze. - What is it, Silence?wonders Allison by giving her daughter a gentle look. - Mother, why people choose to be witches? I don't understand how you cannot trust the Lord. Allison sighs, acknowleging that her daughter is now at that turbulent teenage and that there's no use to withdraw any answers. - This is what we will find out at this trial. Because I too don't understand these people. While Allison turns her attention back toward the suspects, Silence returns into her own thoughts. Realizing that perhaps her mother doesn't have the answers, she decides that the best is to heeds to her suggestion and to follow the trial closely.
